OtterlyGood is a UK software studio. We design and build mobile apps, web apps, and the backends that quietly hold them up — for startups finding their feet, scale-ups hitting their stride, and established brands after a shake-up. The name's a little silly. The work isn't.
It started, like most good things, with a bit of frustration.
We'd watched enough app projects go the usual way — bloated agencies, account managers relaying messages they didn't quite understand, juniors learning on the client's budget, and timelines that were fiction from the first meeting. Good ideas deserved better than that.
So we built the studio we'd want to hire. Small and senior, so you always talk to the people doing the work. Straight about what things cost and how long they take. And quietly obsessed with the details — the ones nobody points to, but everyone feels.
We're new as OtterlyGood, but not new to this. Between us we've shipped well over 50 apps, across more platforms and technologies than we can comfortably list — and we've brought all of it along, minus the habits that never worked.
